On December 17th, we hosted our first public meeting to go through rezoning process. The presentation is available below or can be downloaded here.
Next Steps:
On Monday, February 4th, at 7:30 p.m., at the Grand Hall located in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 9350 Braddock Rd, Burke, VA 22015, we will host the second of two public presentations to go through the rezoning proposal. Our proposal is still consistent with our initial “concept plan,” however, it takes into consideration the feedback we received through the last year of public meetings related to the comprehensive plan amendment for our site.
